Reads and communicate all GM technical bulletins and service information’s to all shop foreman, team leaders and technicians to make sure that all bulleting are followed and implemented accordingly.
Co-ordinates with Regional Service Manager and training department head the training needs for his staff, and arranges their transportation and all related training logistics to the required destination as necessary.
Authorizes all warranty job cards and internal expense, company vehicles parts requisitions, in order to minimize the cost and to eliminate any possible waste by wrong diagnosis or miss judgment of the technician.
Responsible to monitor housekeeping and safety regulations in order to maintain the proper CI in all workshops in his area.
Responsible to monitor and implement processes to achieve all departmental KPIs.
Responsible to implement GM warranty policies & procedures and makes sure that all related staffs are adhering to those guidelines.
Responsible to monitor work in progress on daily bases to avoid over age repair orders.
Responsible for department’s courtesy vehicles by means of administration, servicing, repairing and customer follow up.
