Our Client: A large conglomerate with diversified business units is looking to bring on board a Talent Acquisition Executive.
Your Role: You will be responsible for taking the lead to ensure a successful talent acquisition process is implemented & applied which is in line with the regional strategic recruitment strategies of the company. Aim to develop a robust process and support the HR team. Liaise with purchasing to ensure alignment with the company’s terms & conditions and effectively manage the relationship on an ongoing basis. Responsible for the recruitment process of sourcing candidates, screening profiles, on boarding, visa processing and training.
