Job Description Swedish Speaking Intern
We are looking for Swedish Speaking Application Support Intern. You will be responsible for delivering support services to end-users and interacting with customer to provide and process information in response to concerns and requests about products and services. As an application support intern you will find out how to develop and sustain productive customer relationships, resolve product or service problems, work with issue tracking tools and acquire knowledge about the inner workings of the IT industry. You will be a member of a friendly and reliable team in a cool new office in Riga.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Maintain support activities, using remote connections Progress incidents and problems, respond and act upon operational issues, take immidiate actions to restore services and faults Gather and research customer’s information and determine the incoming issues, by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms Take part in status meeting with the customer, present and explain current project status Manage issue tracking tools by updating and follow-up activities in timely manner Identify and escalate issues according to procedures. Follow-up the entire resolution and verify customer’s understanding of given information Documentation activities, such as preparing instructions and presentations for end-users, meeting minutes,etc.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Fluent Swedish and English (written and spoken) A high standard of technical ability and profound PC skills, Microsoft 8&10, MS Office 2013&2016 Excellent problem solving and organizational skills Knowledge of customer support principals or a professional experience in similar role would be considered as an advantage Solid documentational skills as well as an excelent ability to explain and present
