Provide presales advice and continuous support of ASC solutions and services to ASC clients to ensure achieving maximum client satisfaction and meet their expectations.
Conduct clients presentations on technical solution set for assigned accounts and focus areas.
Participate in the development of solution proposal and/or presentation of recommended solution.
Collaborate with the sales team in order to meet assigned targets and achieve profitable sales growth in the assigned market areas for ASC.
Assist sales team with the overall account planning as it relates to technical aspects of software and services opportunity development.
Assist with collecting customer business and technical requirements and determining ASC recommended solutions.
Support sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in complex solutions.
Communicate with consultants in case of persistent or major technical issues to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers.
Follow up with the latest market trends and technological advancements and communicate market technological needs to Departments’ Managers.
