MEP Operations Manager – Initial Saudi Arabia Ltd.
a. Prepares and submit operational activity reports to Division Manager in coordination with the Asst. Operations Manager and Operations Executive to include daily, weekly, monthly and yearly working schedules and all pertinent reports including staff assignments on their relative tasks and company requirements.
b. Besides the deep technical knowledge in PC, he has a major role and experience in marketing, sales and business expansion
c. Ability to manage the execution starting from the mobilization to the start of services including the project budgeting in material purchase and payment certificates or processes.
d. Assist in business planning process, areas to be sub-contracted/outsourced and develops budgeted costing for such services.
e. Assist the Division Manager in providing forecast for both sales and manpower requirements.
f. Establish and maintain applicable corrective as well as preventive maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the company.
g. Ensures and controls the timely application of proactive and reactive approved schedules, maintenance or works programs. Cost, safe and efficient use of materials, chemicals, equipment, food consumption and workers overtime.
h. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and requirements of any ISAL, Municipality and all other statutory requirements.
i. Compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards besides local regulations & codes.
