Marketing Executive – Debenhams Cosmetics – Kuwait – Alshaya Group
The Premium Cosmetics marketing team sits within the Wellness Division and serves the premium cosmetics brands on all marketing activations. It has the twin role of deriving customer-based insights and actions along with strategizing, planning and executing marketing campaigns. To help extract and prepare customer data and derive actionable insights, and to adequately plan, measure and report on our digital campaign performance across social media, search and display advertising we are currently looking for a Marketing Analyst to join the team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will need to have/be: Produce regular forecasts and continuously evaluate and optimize campaign performance.Simplify complex data sets by uncovering the key commercial insights that can help business stakeholders with decision makingIn-depth knowledge and experience of Power BI including dashboard creation and data uploading is a must. Knowledge of Google Data studio and equivalents is a plus.Knowledge of digital ad serving platforms and google analytics is preferred.Knowledge and experience of SQLGood understanding of data modelling practices and techniquesThorough understanding of the technical setup required to efficiently monitor and report on digital campaigns Expert skills on delivering results for multiple stakeholdersAdvanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.Experienced in analytics and reporting from operational as well as strategic roles – agency or client sideStrong analytical and numerical skills and experience working with large volumes of dataIntermediate knowledge and experience of media tags – Tag Manager, Doubleclick, Adwords, Google conversion etc. would be valuableHighly organized and process driven with a self-motivated approach to workCollaborative in approach and confident influencing stakeholders across multiple functionsGood presentation skills
