Role Summary:
To provide effective and efficient marketing leadership for HiiT Training Services in Abuja in accordance with management’s Business Plan.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Propose and manage Marketing Plans that are capable of meeting management’s objectives for each financial period.
To plan and implement Marketing Budget for HiiT Training Services in Abuja in accordance with Management’s Marketing Objectives and Standards.
Optimally manage all Marketing resources (Human Resources, Marketing Assets, Customers, etc.) to achieve set objectives.
Conduct strategic Marketing research in line with Business Objectives.
Provide effective and efficient Marketing Leadership that are result-oriented.
Propose new Training Products, Methodologies & Innovations to achieve short term business objectives, but in conformity with HiiT Visions, Missions and Goals.
