Job Responsibilities include:
· Clean and maintain outside area around buildings and parking lot
· Check heating system, oil levels
· Repair plumbing issues
· Maintain hot tub
· Snow removal
· Painting and woodworking
· Maintain major appliances
· Drive and maintain shuttle van
· Maintain hotel rooms, lighting
· Bottle returns and recycling
· Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
· Carpentry and minor plumbing experience
· Clean drivers abstract-drive standard transmission
· Able to climb heights and lift 50Lbs cases
· Must be dependable, reliable and have a positive attitude
· Must be a team player and able to work independently
Compensation: Based on experience
