Job Title: Maintenance
Setting: 81 Room Hotel
Location: Dawson City, Yukon Territory
Hours: 40 hours per week, permanent
5 days per week, emergency on call
Reports to: General Manager
Job Responsibilities include:
- Clean and maintain outside area around buildings and parking lot
- Check heating system, oil levels
- Repair plumbing issues
- Maintain hot tub
- Snow removal
- Painting and woodworking
- Maintain major appliances
- Drive and maintain shuttle van
- Maintain hotel rooms, lighting
- Bottle returns and recycling
- Any other duties assigned.
- Carpentry and minor plumbing experience
- Clean drivers abstract-drive standard transmission
- Able to climb heights and lift 50Lbs cases
- Must be dependable, reliable and have a positive attitude
- Must be a team player and able to work independently
Requirements:
Compensation: Based on experience
