Reports to and coordinates with other department heads to manage company budgets, objectives, and activities including Communication and Social Media.
Marketing Executive Job Duties:
Leads and manages marketing department staff by providing tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects
Manages the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans
Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts
Regularly interacts with other department managers to receive information and updates to improve progress and results
Evaluates marketing reports and sales data
Presents regular updates and information to other department heads and executives
Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy
Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
Organize and attends company-wide and marketing events
Assists in securing access to major media relationships and important sponsorships
Create the Marketing Calendar for UAE and drive the same with the Sales team to build the brand equity within budget. This would include single-stop-shop coordination for trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events for UAE and lead the organization’s presence in various expos. Involvement from planning to final execution and wrap-up
Lead the Sales application support along with the Application Expert and Sales Leaders and achieve Customer satisfaction. Drive the sales and Innovations for all portfolios.
Drive growth, customer retention and portfolio profitability for the UAE & Boqki portfolios business and responsible for Marketing actions like New Product Development, strategic planning, product rationalization and cost saving activities.
Lead/ Support Media and social media presence working together with other functions. Plan, coordinate and execute a sound communication plan including media and social media and industry partnerships.
