As an integral part of the management committee and under the direct hierarchical authority of the Secretary General, you continue to develop and implement a skills-based HR policy. You take care to develop a strategic vision leading to an efficient and rigorous management of human resources through HR processes that you supervise, and this, in accordance with the regulatory provisions and the orientations taken by the Council of Social Action.
You are the Secretary General’s right hand in all matters relating to the personnel of the administration. You also represent the latter in various meetings with both internal and external actors.
You are in charge of the daily management of the Human Resources Department, and this, in close collaboration with the heads of the various cells of this department.
