The HR & Admin Manager is directly responsible for the overall administrative activities within the organization ensuring the run smoothly by providing administrative support to all employees; and also, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function.
Plan, organize and control all activities of the department plan and design ground maintenance
Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
Develop and maintains affirmative action program; personnel files
Maintain other records, reports and logs to conform with SEC, NSE and CBN regulations
Evaluate reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
Handle all office events and travel logistics for both management and members of staff
Develop, administer, and oversee the various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
Oversee centralized operations and support services
