Contributes to the planning, implementation, and technical supervision of the project Contributes to the planning and supervision of all project activities in close collaboration with project assistants; Contributes to the training of volunteers and beneficiaries; Monitor and supervise volunteers; Identifies the training needs of the communities in collaboration with the project assistants according to the type of activity; Provides supervision and organizational support for beneficiaries in the field; Support the beneficiaries in the implementation of their activities and the use of the tools and goods which are given to the beneficiaries by the project; Present the project to beneficiaries as well as to institutional and technical bodies during visits. 2. Monitoring and evaluation of project activities Participates in the development of terms of reference and methodology for the various surveys (baseline, during the project, at the end of the project: SCA, CSI, PHM, PDM, etc.); Actively participate in the organization, implementation, monitoring project impact surveys and drafting survey reports; Participates in the design of tools for monitoring project activities, and in the planning of their use in the field; Carries out field visits to all the villages under his responsibility to ensure regular monitoring of all project activities according to a timetable validated by his hierarchy; 3. Internal and external communication on activities Actively participates in coordination meetings internal to the project team; Transmits and informs the data and information at its disposal in good time; Maintain the link with local authorities and beneficiaries of activities, and ensure their understanding of the information provided to them; Develop and maintain a network of local contacts; Distributes information to the various stakeholders involved in the project; Participates in technical consultation meetings with partners and authorities at local level. Contributes to good internal communication (written and oral) on project activities for which he is responsible, within the project team and within the sub-delegation. 4. Management of a team of volunteers Participates in the process of identifying volunteers and their supervision; Ensures the monitoring and supervision of the volunteers in charge of the activities: activity planning, holding restitution meetings, management of the emotional stress of the volunteers, etc. ; Ensure the proper execution of activities by volunteers; Identifies dysfunctions and listens to volunteers for intervention needs in order to propose adequate solutions to the problems encountered with their collaboration and participation. 5. Accountability and capitalization of project activities Compiles the information collected via monitoring tools, writes the summary and transmits it to his hierarchy at the frequency defined jointly; Writes and submits the monthly narrative report; Capitalize and harmonize the experiences of the project and the difficulties during the implementation of the project. 6. Representation of the organization to partners Acts as the project’s spokesperson with local and administrative authorities in the field; Represent the organization with beneficiaries; Present the project and liaise with the various local partners; Ensures that a good relationship is established and maintained between the team of volunteers and the population in the project area; Contributes to good working and partnership relations with the staff of the Red Cross movement, the various ministries involved and other humanitarian actors.
