What is Strategy Department?
The Strategy Department is responsible for the corporate plan and generating the strategy going forward and leading the implementation and delivery of DARP initiatives with the involved entities. Working jointly with sector counterparts to plan for delivery, monitor progress, and solve implementation challenges.
What is the Transformation and Innovation Unit?
The Transformation and Innovation unit takes advantage of digital data and digital technologies to enable the optimization and digital transformation for the entire sector of Hajj and Umrah for the purpose of improving the customer experience, enabling better governance, supporting in bridging gaps in capacities, and enabling new and better business models for investors.
What you’ll do?
Expand the set of innovation programs, approaches and techniques Hajj and Umrah sector uses.
Clarify innovation objectives among relevant sector entities.
Overseeing the digital platform for the complete Hajj & Umrah journey from start to end (من الفكرة إلى الذكرى).
Reviewing DARP strategic initiatives and planning digital disruption initiatives around them.
Supporting existing digital initiatives in Hajj & Umrah related entities and working to improve them.
Working as a digital innovation consultant for DARP.
Enable innovations, with external partners, on Business Models to help SMEs navigate towards the Digital Age.
