We are looking for someone to fill a versatile role. While this position is immediately focused in a part-time customer service role, it will eventually lead to a full-time position involving working every aspect of the business. This includes wine making (labor and some heavy lifting up to 50lbs, frequently and repetitively), sanitation, customer help, and computer related tasks. While this position will be starting at part-time hours, once duties are learned, it will lead to a near full-time position.
Responsibilities

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products and procedures for on-premise and homebrew (previous knowledge not necessary, but an interest in learning about wine and fermentation is a must).

Qualifications
At least 1 – 3 years’ of customer service related work experience.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. (We have the best customers in the world, and we make sure they know that!)
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a self sufficient manner. Previous experience with wine is not required, but a passion to learn about it is very important.
The ability to comfortably and repeatedly lift and carry up to 50lbs is a must. This is a daily requirement.
