Arringo Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Call Centre Operators (English Speaking) to join their team on a full-time basis.
We are looking to hire numerous Call Centre Operators (English Speaking) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience in providing customer support.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
Communicating with customers through various channels including live chat, email, and calls;
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints;
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
High Level of Strong Communication Skills (English Language) both written and verbal;
Customer service background and experience;
Strong Working Ethic;
Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, Patience, Attentive and with a passion for delivering Customer Excellence;
Strong IT skills we need someone who can easily work in a fast-paced environment and has an above average typing speed;
Adaptability we need people who are completely adaptable and welcome changes;
