Status : Part time & Full time – Shift work based on weekly schedules (day, evening, possible overnights weekdays and weekends)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced full time barista to prepare and serve delicious coffee and snacks to our guests at the Café.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
• Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
• Clean service or seating areas.
• Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.
• Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.
• Prepare or serve menu items.

Requirements of the position:

• Professional, enthusiastic, energetic
• Have experience calibrating coffee machines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to provide full table service if necessary
• Previous café experience
• Knowledgeable in tea & coffee
• Able to work and communicate well within the team
• Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work in a standing position for up to 5 hours
