Assist the Sales team by conducting demonstration sessions to customers on new and/or existing bakery items (through a planned scheduled visits)
Identifying business and products gap and consequently introducing solutions and measures to bridge those gaps.
Provide technical support and plan menus for all Food Service Customers
Train the sales team on new and/or existing bakery items, showing product features and recipes to drive more sales, reflecting latest techniques and market trends.
Participate in the bakery category strategies and in NPDs rollout.
Develop standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation in coordination with our supplier (s) which help to ensure consistent high quality and minimize food costs;
Prepare competition landscape, marketing intelligence and price comparison reports, through the regular visits to customers.
Build collaborative relationships with the bakery category suppliers.
Build and maintain business relationship with customer’s decision makers.
Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout demonstration and tasting process.
Evaluate products to ensure that quality and prices are consistently met for customers.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned within scope.
