Your responsibilities and duties:
To ensure daily support (24*7) of our File transfer solution and Jira, keeping service availability according to clients SLAs and company rules and policies.
To Install and maintain new software, releases, patches and updates of software in production environment in timely and planned manner;
To create preventive measures and perform system daily monitoring and checking in order to identify and prevent potential service interruption.
To communicate with suppliers to find the proper solutions for new products, solving Incidents and Problems, remediate noncompliances.
Experience with application support and maintenance for at least 3 years;
Basic Knowledge of Linux, Databases;
English language skills;
Experience with interbank clearing processes is considered an advantage;
Experience working with and configuring Jira is also considered an advantage.
