Black & Grey HR is hiring for a growing online food services company in UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Accounts cum Admin Executive who will be responsible for managing the accounts and their daily operations. Â
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
- Prepare, send and store invoices
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Submit tax forms
- Identify and address discrepancies
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies
- Provide administrative assistance to management
- Propose and implement suitable financial policies and procedures as and when required
Requirements- Experienced in general account, finance and relevant areas
- Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
